CDC Group represents the Owner throughout the life of the project during planning, design, construction, FF&E, commissioning and move in. During the planning phase, we will work with our Client on space planning and design coordination, finish materials, decorative lighting and fixtures selection for budget incorporation and execution. During pre-construction, we perform, constructability reviews, bid evaluation, value engineering and design management.

We provide the Client adherence to the design intent and ongoing project delivery details, including change order tracking, cash flow projections and overall risk management.

We are proficient in BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) management and coordination as well as the use of all latest technology construction management related software.

DESIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Space Planning and Programming Study

RISK MANAGEMENT

  • Contract / Adhere / Enforce Contract Agreement with General Contractor

QUALITY CONTROL

  • Knowledge of Structural & Equipment Systems / Installation Sequences / Material finishes

  • Proper material/Equipment selection installations per manufacturer recommendations and Code

  • Regular site inspections / corrections reporting

  • Warranties

SOUTH FLORIDA/MARKET EXPERIENCE

  • 30 years of Engineering Design and Construction Operations experience

CONTRACTOR/SUBCONTRACTOR KNOWLEDGE

  • Relationships with Industry contractor & vendor market

  • Regular coordination with GC, Subcontractor, and Designers
