At the completion of our real estate development project, our team performs several key tasks to ensure a smooth transition from construction to project turnover. 

Here is a brief summary of the services we undertake:

  1. Project Turnover:

    • Formal Walk-Through(s) 

    • Punch List Completion

  2. Documentation and Manuals:

    • Detailed As-Built Drawings: 

    • Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals

    • Warranties Hand Over

  3. Training and Commissioning:

    • Conduct operational training sessions and 

    • Perform Commissioning Meetings with Client or Property Management

4. Utility and Maintenance Setup:

  • Utility Accounts set up and transfer

  • Establish and communicate maintenance plan

5. Communication and Coordination:

    • Maintain open lines of communication between all parties to address any ongoing issues 

    • Conduct final inspections and ensure all aspects of the project meet the required standards before the official turnover to Property Management.

    • Closeout the project and turnover
